This Guy Probably Pokes Puppies With Sticks


Yeah, apparently dreamshades.com didn't like those posts. I got an email asking me to correct my mistake. I wrote back and said go fuck yourself I didn't make a mistake, you suck. And they wrote back and said well, it's your fault we suck but you're being mean to us, stop it! And I wrote back quit crying, you do suck, don't try to boss me, it will backfire on you. And so I wrote this blog post.

you know...companies like this have been around for-freaking-ever.

I had a sort of similar experience ages ago with a mail order contact lens company (sans blog)...

It's your blog and if you got crappy service and never received your product then they just have to deal with it. Maybe they should try to run a better company!

Michelle, I did get my glasses 4 weeks later. I ordered around Christmas so they were closed a lot until after the new year. It's really not the time it took, it's that they never apologized and acted like it was my fault. And now this Dave writes to me out of the blue and ends up threatening me? No, now I've tagged all the posts about them and put it right up on my sidebar so my opinion about them will be readily available. I was pissed before, I'm LIVID now.

Wow, Dave is a douchebag. I just read the emails and find it all crazy. I've read all of your posts about Dreamshades and when you got the glasses and posted the pic of you wearing them, I remember thinking that I was glad for you that it turned out not being a scam. So my opinion of them was that they might not be the greatest company, but I would possibly buy glasses from them if the price was right for the frames I wanted (I've even looked at their site). After reading the emails though, I wouldn't give my business to them at all.
The nerve of them asking you to change your blog post, and then threatening you! It's your fucking blog and you have every right to state your opinions on it. I'm pissed off just reading about it!

Amazing. They actually have people with enough time on their hands that they are communicating with bloggers instead actually handling their customer service. Yeah, I would be pretty livid myself.
